ProLight Technology introduces a new generation of 1.4 × 1.4 mm CSP LEDs, delivering high brightness, reliability, and design flexibility in an ultra-compact package.

Featuring advanced FLIP CHIP technology, the LEDs eliminate traditional wire bonding, reducing the risk of wire breakage while improving reliability and thermal performance. Supporting currents of up to 1000 mA, they are ideal for high-power and high-brightness applications.

Available in White, Red, Blue, Green, and PC Amber, the series offers flexible color options for a wide range of lighting designs.
